I recently received and installed the Gararuk 10-52 13-speed cassette on my Enve MOG. I ride 90-95% road but the hills around me are short and punchy. "Just get stronger" they said; I don't have 15hrs a week to cycle and just don't want to peg HR every time I go uphill.

Installed on reserve 40/44 wheelset and switched between 40mm G One RS Pros and the new 35mm GP5000 S TR. Using a 48T chainring on a DUB wide crank with 165mm crank arms.

Installation is easy enough, but you HAVE to change the upper pulley spacer (included) and remove the plastic guard on the cage. This is all detailed in the video on their website. I would guess there is 1mm or less between the cage and the cassette when in the 52T. The small plastic guard would absolutely hit.

Completed a 100mile ride last weekend with ~4k of climbing. 2 climbs have sections at 14-16%. I had NO trouble out of the shifting. If anything, the shifting is more consistent than the stock force 10-46 (side note, I cannot seem to get the micro adjust in the right position for that cassette - up is fine, trouble going down; down is fine, trouble going up).

So far been very impressed with the performance. The clearance in the 52T is scary, but I use the as a true bail out gear. I think playing with chainring size to match your riding style and terrain is probably the "safer" option, but this is working really well so far.
